When will I receive my order?
We ship all of our orders from our Vapen CBD distribution center in Phoenix, Az. After the order is placed, the expected delivery time is 7-10 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once your order ships. Don’t hesitate to send us an E-mail if you have any other questions or concerns.

What if I want to change an order after it has been submitted?
Need to make changes to your order? No worries, we’re happy to help! You have 30 minutes to change or cancel your order after you have placed it.
How do you do returns?
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the service or products you received, please contact us so that we can help address any problems!
There was a problem with my delivery. Is there a way to track my delivery?
It is important that you contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your delivery. Please contact us if the delivery has not arrived in the expected window of time. We can track deliveries, help fix possible problems or errors in the delivery, or fix issues with the received order, but we must know within 24 hours of expected delivery to be able to rectify the issue.
How quickly do you ship your orders?
We ship the same or next business day depending on when we receive your payment and shipping to information.
Are same day deliveries available?
At this time, same day deliveries are not available.
Refund Policy
Vapen, LTD offers full refunds for any product purchased within the last 30 days. Any requests for a refund made after 30 days will not qualify for a refund. Please contact customer service with any questions.
